How to Wear Jumpsuits and Playsuits

I've been smitten by jumpsuits and playsuits lately. The more when I saw Selena Gomez wearing a jumpsuit with a leather jacket paired with sexy pumps. I really really love this look of her. I was so inspired that I made a set of fashion inspirations for jumpsuits and playsuits.

Gorgeous Diva

This floral jumpsuit is perfect for a fashion risk taker. Selena Gomez' look from here is the inspiration behind this look. It can be worn as is on summers for a flirty look or paired with a leather jacket on cold seasons for an edgy look. 

#Do's: Jumpsuits can be overwhelming so its best to pair it up with simple earrings and shoes that complements the overall look. Here I paired the jumpsuit with maroon pumps and simple earrings.

#Dont's: Avoid chunky pieces of accessories and boots.

Miss Classy

Perhaps you are tried of rocking an LBD (Little Black Dress) then a black jumpsuit is a good alternative. Simple and black pieces never fail to look classy and that includes a black jumpsuit. To rev it up pair it with bold colors and fun accessories but remember to keep it minimal and simple. 

I love the jumpsuit from this look because it looks like they are two different pieces put together. I also love that it has a V neckline because this look gives the illusion of an elongated body and draws attention to the face. I believe this look is perfect for a holiday or a romantic date night.

#Do's: Think proportions. When choosing a jumpsuit choose the right length, fit, size and styles that has a drawstring in the waist or if not add a thin belt around the midsection. Don't allow your waist to get lost while sporting this look else it will be very unflattering.

#Dont's: Don't buy overalls that is very hard to remove.

Playsuits or in other terms called the rompers are shorter versions of the jumpsuits. These styles are perfect alternative from jumpsuits especially for free and easy casual days and the summer weather. Accessorized it with fun colors and you are ready to flatter everyone.

#Do's: When choosing a romper or a playsuit think comfort. Something that you would want to wear all the time. This is what I love about playsuits because it offers fashion, comfort and versatility all in one.

#Dont's: Avoid clingy fabric and skin tight rompers as it's not flattering at all.

Take risk when it comes to fashion and accessorizing. Don't be afraid to risk. Ask for a second opinion especially to those whom you trust. Don't end up stuck with the same fashion style for the rest of your life. I'm not saying it's a bad thing though. But I believe as long as we live it nice to explore and take risks that doesn't compromise anyone for anything, would you agree?
