We just arrived back from Bangkok, Thailand, and boy it was an amazing experience!! It was really fun visiting temples, shopping at markets and cruising along Ayutthaya River (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Chao Phraya River. I'm so happy to have shaded one country on my travel map. Woohooo! More to come. (P.S.: Don't tell my husband. Nah! Just teasing him. Ahahah! ;D )
Here I'm going to share with you our itinerary and how much the trip costs.

We're so thankful to book a sale plane ticket from Tiger Airways. The ticket costs $164 SGD round trip.

Hotel Stay
We were so grateful to have booked The Sukosol hotel in Bangkok for 3 days and 2 nights good for 3 people for only 308 SGD. We had a great time at The Sukosol and if ever we visit Bangkok again we would like to choose The Sukosol again.
I guess overall we spent around 600 - 700 SGD each that includes our ticket, hotels, and tours. I think it's pretty achievable to visit Bangkok, Thailand.

Travel Cost
For our pocket money the husband and I secured 6,000 THB (234.38) SGD since the exchange rate is 1 SGD == 25.6 THB). The tours (River Sun Cruise and Rat Service tour to Floating Market and Maeklong Railway Market) and our dinner buffet at Baiyoke Sky Hotel are already paid for online before we did our trip to Bangkok, Thailand.I guess overall we spent around 600 - 700 SGD each that includes our ticket, hotels, and tours. I think it's pretty achievable to visit Bangkok, Thailand.
Bangkok
Bangkok is really a nice place to visit. I love the warmth of the people there plus you'll never get worried about getting lost because people are very helpful. If they see you having a hard time looking at your map they would smile and approach you to help. Every street in Bangkok is well documented plus the trains are very convenient for getting to one place from another. I'll be sharing with you details of the trip in my next succeeding posts. So stay tuned! I hope I've given you insights on your future trip to Bangkok.P.S.: You may contact Rat Service Tour at this email address: rat_bkk@hotmail.com.
