Recently, I've changed my moisturizer to Garnier SkinActive Ultra-Lift Wrinkle Reducer 2-in-1 Serum + Moisturizer. First off, it's attractive. The product is arranged prettily inside the bottle/tub. It's like art! And then, it's a 2-in-1 serum+moisturizer.
If I like it then I'd stick with it because it's good for the budget. Hmm.. will I finish my first bottle/tub? Keep on reading to find out...

Serum+Moisturizer
Serums are known to provide concentrated anti-aging power, but many are not moisturizing enough to be used alone. Using a serum and a moisturizer together can be time-consuming and expensive. Ultra-Lift introduces a 2-in-1 innovation to deliver powerful anti-wrinkle results in just one easy step.
What I Thought
Pros- Serum + moisturizer in one. I like 2-in-1 products. Two benefits in one.
- Travel-friendly. Being both a serum and a moisturizer in one means extra space on my beauty bag. Plus it has no SPF. I can use it for both day and night.
- Absorbs quickly without leaving the skin oily/greasy.
- Glides easily during application.
- Moisturizing.
- It doesn't break me out. I have combination skin.
- Affordable.
- Hygenic packaging. The product comes out using the pump.
- Attractively put together. I like how delicately and artistically the product is placed inside the see-through container. It reminds me of the wafer sticks I enjoy snacking during my elementary days.
Cons
- Smells bad. Is it just me or what, but this moisturizer smells like distilled vinegar diluted in water. Actually, it was my husband who pointed it out. He doesn't like the smell so I had to discontinue use. (That is, when he is around. Haha. Do you think I'd waste money?)
Due to my husband's complaint, I had to discontinue using this moisturizer at home. But I bring this with me whenever we travel -- just because it helps conserve space in my beauty bag. (I don't care if my face smells. I can layer it with makeup anyway.) With that strategy, I was able to finish my first and only bottle/tub.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference, or if it ever did anything, to my fine lines. I use it off and on so I can't tell.
