'Twas my husband's birthday last week! I couldn't think of any surprise to give him than to create something unique, something special, something made just for him. You know I couldn't just go out and get him something. I don't know how to drive yet. Hehehe! Anyway, this is a no-bake cake I've made just for him.
When I saw this No-Bake White Chocolate Balls from Cook n' Share, I decided to make it for his birthday. But it comes with a twist. Hehehe! I've altered the appearance to make it look like a cake. Below are the ingredients used.
INGREDIENTS
- 365 Chocolate Creme Sandwich Cookies from Wholefoods
- Cream Cheese
- White Chocolate (Semi-sweet)
- Great Value Maraschino Cherries with stems
- Betty Crocker Decorating Cupcake Icing in Petal Pink
I seriously feel like not giving you the how to's for this recipe because it's the first confectionary I've ever made and it's still not yet perfect. However, I've given you the link from Cook n' Share above so I guess that would be enough. But I'll be updating this as soon as I'm confident with the outcome for you to try and make it.
And oh, my husband thinks that the chocolate creme sandwich cookies mixed with cream cheese taste like the muchkins sold at Dunkin' Donuts. Yeah, I'm aware that it's a sinful dessert especially for the diet conscious out there but he's a sweet tooth so I'm certain that he'll love it, which he does.
