We happened to pass by this beautiful pavilion called Cherie Flores Garden Pavilion on our way to Houston Museum of Natural Science. I find the scene very captivating that I couldn't help myself taking photos of it as well as dedicate a post for this scenery.
In the middle of the pavilion is a 300-foot mount complete with falls which remind me greatly of Singapore's Gardens by the Bay Cloud Forest. This pavilion is part of Hermann Park Conservancy.
There are no entrance fees needed to enjoy this facility. You can even walk on the spiral path found on the mount to get a bird's eye view of the entire place. Adjacent to the pavilion is a garden with an artistically designed kiosk where you can enjoy a picnic with your friends and family.
