Happy holidays y'all! It's Christmas week! How did this week go so far? I'm sure everybody is busy doing some last-minute Christmas shopping. Sigh! I miss Christmas back home in the Philippines but Texas is where home is now so there's no room to be gloomy.
The husband and I decided to check out Austin's Trail of Lights at Zilker Park last night. It's an annual Austin tradition during the Christmas season. It's our first time celebrating this Christmas festivity in Austin. It was fun!

What began as a small gathering in 1965 as the "Yule Fest," as a gift to the city of Austin from Austin Parks and Recreation Department has grown to be a community-wide celebration of the unique spirit and people that make Austin the place we love to call home. ~ austintrailoflights.org/about
Zilker Park was packed with people. Everybody was busy taking pictures, queuing at food trucks and checking out the beautifully decorated displays around the trail. It's almost impossible to stop and take pictures because you'd be easily swept by the crowd.]
It's unfortunate that the husband and I didn't have the opportunity to take even one picture together. Nevertheless, we still had a great time! It felt like young love on a first date. Hehehe!
