The many sleepless nights browsing and browsing and visualizing the right counter stool to match our white kitchen is finally over. Phew! It was tough a decision.
After checking lots -- yes, lots and lots of it -- of counter stools in the market, we both decided to get the Corinne counter stool from Pier1 Imports.
The husband liked the white linen fabric from amongst the choices while I like the charcoal.
I was hesitant with his choice for many reasons: dirt/dirty hands, cleaning & maintenance, and pilling. You see, it's up to the moms to do the cleaning and stuff. Ay ay ay!
Unfortunately for me, charcoal linen is no longer available so I went with the white linen instead. Hmm... the former would have made a nice contrast from our white kitchen. It'll probably work well with the backsplash too.

Here's how the counter height stools look like from our living room. Oh yes, we applied Scotch Guard on them too before use. This is to protect the fabric from stains.
'Twas the cute hook on the back that made me say, "Yes, this is the style that I want!" Haha.
Will you go with charcoal or white? What's your pick and why? Hmmm...
