It feels like walking right through a fairy tale where prince and princess and happily ever after exists! "Are we in Europe?" The characteristic of the place seems like it but no we're still in North America.
Quebec City sure is beautiful. It's similar to a dream! With that castle-like hotel in the background, it's no wonder the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac got labeled as the most photographed hotel in the world!
"Gosh, it's cold! Thank God I dress up warmly!" Strolling through Dufferin Terrace, I thought of my 2 men, my husband and our 2-year-old, whom I left behind at the Rue de Tresor.
I fancied an art souvenir of my son's cute little face for a while now. I'm glad we found an artist who does an on-the-spot sketch job. "How will it turn out?"

An Unfavorable time!
"Bummer, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is currently under renovation!" We visited during an unfavorable time. :(
Walking further, we climb up a steep hill to get a better view of the surroundings. How magical! It's even more impressive with the bright hues of the season clothing the landscape. Look at that!

Antiques in the Hallway
"Come, let's take a peek inside." A friend invited. We climb down the steep hill and made our way to the hotel lobby. See, I'm curious to see the interior of this remarkable hotel, after all, famous personalities checked in here.
It was a weekend when we came, the lobby is packed with guests and tourists alike. Passing through the hallway, antiques showcased behind glass walls caught our attention (photo above left side).
What eye candy, exquisite works of art! Don't mind me, I admire looking at historical artifacts. ;) Are you the same?
Speaking of art, I wonder about how Mr. Marc, the one sketching our 2-year-old's cute little face, is progressing. I hurried back to where my two most important people are in Rue de Tresor. What to see his work? Stay tuned. ;P
